It is a best place to put in your bucket list. Natives are so much helpful. Beautiful nature and great hospitality.

Wanted to take a break at a lesser known place and to be able to lay eyes on a natural beauty and nothing could beat Shangarh & around. We got our traveler friends HU, right. Never had imagined such un spoilt meadows exists within a day’s drive from Delhi and are lucky to have experienced it before others .Strongly recommended for nature lovers , trekkers , and solitary travelers. Only advise, since amenities are a bit scarce carry tin food and light snacks, proper gear and of course your favorite book / personal music.

The trip was for 2 Nights & 3 Days at Shangarh from 14 to 16th of April 2019. The area, home stay and the places around Shangarh was very beautiful, peaceful and too refreshing beyond our expectation. The trip was organised & managed very well. The home stay is with all the basic needs. One should not expect the luxury of a hotel or resort at such remote place. We preferred Veg food and it was prepared using locally available resources. Any special need in food should be informed to them well in advance, so as to enable the care takers to arrange the required items accordingly.
